Nerf Dart Post Removal Tool

Nerf Dart Post Removal Tool

thingiverse

I got tired of trying to remove dart posts from my smart AR blasters using the commonly accepted method of sticking a pair of long/thin needlenose pliers down the barrel and attempting to grab onto them. This tool offers far better results by twisting the dart post closer to the base, offering more complete removal without twisting small pieces off, and also prevents damage to the air restrictors themselves. To use, slide over the dart post and give the handle end a twist. It should remove enough of the post to allow you to use short darts in your blaster, without damaging the smart AR. Do note that fit may vary from blaster to blaster, as I believe dart post design & size does vary slightly (Tested mine in a Rebelle Secret Shot and it worked.) If needed you may be able to tweak the scale of the print to suit your needs. If the dart post gets stuck in the tool you can stick something in the other end to pop it out, I used a coffee stirrer. Happy modding!
