To increase the range of his Nerf darts, my child requested plastic tips. I designed these using SketchUp, printed them on a Replicator 2 with PLA material. Later, I made adjustments by shortening the length and adding a ridge for better retention. The instructions include measuring the design in SketchUp, replacing soft rubber tips with these new ones, and securing them with glue for permanence.
