A custom-made cylinder for shooting both mega darts and regular darts with the Nerf Cycloneshock, capable of launching three of each type. This modification significantly boosts the power behind regular darts, making them a more formidable option. The only other alteration involves removing the air restrictor to optimize performance. This design builds upon Horsengineer's original cylinder concept, addressing its shortcomings by increasing barrel length for improved accuracy and widening the barrels to accommodate various printer tolerances. To ensure a smooth finish, I incorporated 5mm margin around all edges, a marked improvement over the .15mm margin of the original model. Additional fillets enhance the overall structure's stability. The cylinder was printed with a thickness of 0.1mm, 10% infill, at a speed of 48mm/s, requiring approximately 11 hours to complete using PETG material.
