Nerf Cross Bow

Nerf Cross Bow

thingiverse

This laser-cut crossbow project, inspired by Thingverse designs, was crafted for my son using rubber bands and a gun lock integrated into the handle. The dart, tipped with a sucker, can stick to appliances like microwaves upon impact. While plywood from home centers work, a laser cutter is ideal for that authentic touch. Assembling the crossbow requires cutting parts from 3/16 and 1/16-inch sheets, inserting tabs into slots, and using toothpicks to link the trigger to the rubber band catch in the prototype - no glue or additional fasteners needed.
