UPDATE: The original Grip assembly (3 part) relies on Grip2insert for installation. In contrast, the newer model utilizes Gip5insert. Nest a 10-32 hex nut securely within the slot located at the bottom of the assembly. Next, carefully slide the 8-inch threaded rod through FrontButt and the 6-inch spacer before screwing it into place within the nested hex nut. Be cautious to leave just enough threaded rod exposed to allow for an additional hex nut to be seated on its end.
