The 25 and 30 dart drums feature an oversized lip at the rear edge, creating a conflict with the standard magazine release design. As a result, they cannot be easily removed from the magwell without applying excessive pressure on the catch surface of the magazine release print. Fortunately, their unique side profile is expected to clear all existing drum types, but further testing of this new design is necessary to confirm its functionality.
