Update: The lever has been thoroughly tested in battle now! The most pressing concern is how easily the self-tapped threads strip (a common issue with PLA), which I've temporarily resolved by using superglue. I may update the design to rely on this instead of screws. This pull valve lever is designed for the Buzz Bee Big Blast/Berserker air tank. It should fit both 1st and 2nd gens, as well as a tank from the Spy Gear Signal launcher (which is roughly between 4B gen1/2 size). This launcher comes with an unusual back pump. To assemble this lever, you will need 2 short screws (approximately M2 size, but possibly smaller) that are commonly found in most blasters. You may also require hot glue to achieve a proper fit once positioned. As I haven't optimized the design for every use case yet, you may need to customize and adjust it for your specific tank configuration. The lever is built with durability in mind, featuring a thick design that should withstand even harsh conditions. PLA doesn't flex at all, although it's more brittle than other materials. To test its flexibility characteristics, I plan to build one in ABS or PETG later. Excess flex will cause trouble when actuating the pin. While PLA's overall durability under constant gameplay is unknown, I don't expect it to last long under harsh conditions, especially with larger tanks and higher pump counts.
