Nerdy Gurdy 6.3 Improved Bridge Wedges

This is a revised bridge wedge for the Nerdy Gurdy 6.3 and similar that gives more up and down adjustment than the original.In the pic you can see the standard parts on the left, remix on the right. The wedge under the bridge on the left can only travel 2 mm laterally, which gives just 1 mm of vertical travel. That's probably not enough adjustment to cover the extremes based on different wheel diameters.The new wedge gives almost 3 mm of vertical adjustment. I made it only 2.7 mm wide as that seems to move easier without jamming. And if you take the time to file/sand the edges of the moving bridge pieces so they are flat, then coat them with graphite from a pencil, it will actually move up and down easily under load.I've also included a 3d printable version of the moving bridge that sits on the wedge, thinned to 2.8 mm for easier motion. Make sure and sand/file all the sides of your 3d prints to make them smooth so they move nicely.
