Neptune Systems Apex AFS Mount

Neptune Systems Apex AFS Mount

You should print 2 plugs to secure a custom mounting arm for the AFS bracket. To create this arm, you need to make two rectangular holes, measuring 5mm by 10.75mm in size and 3mm deep. The 5mm sides of these holes should be exactly 18.85mm apart from each other. This design is specifically intended to attach to the arm of a GHL Mitras Flex Mount for use with my Mitras LX 7206 lights. For added protection, I suggest using ABS material due to its UV resistance. You will also require two standard plastic aquarium screws, which are likely M6x1 in size - these screws often come included with various aquarium equipment that features plastic or nylon fasteners.
