Neptune filament runout sensor bracket

Replacement bracket for the filament runout sensor on the Elegoo Neptune 3 &4. This centers the sensor so that when two spools are mounted, both have equal reach to the sensor. I've also added a couple of sockets to hold the end of the filament that is waiting "on deck" for easier color change swaps. Oriented to print upside down, so no supports are needed.
