So, I ended up printing out Wbdiddy's Motor Cap Remix, along with the rest of the parts from NG_Design's cable chain, and then came to the realization that I had no way of mounting the base of the Z-axis chain. So I came up with this through some measurements. Seems to fit perfectly, or rather, it would if I hadn't had some layer lifting issues with my current filament.. . .
