Neopixel ring shield for WeMos D1 mini

This is a holder for a Neopixel ring with 16 RGB LEDs, measuring 45 mm in outer diameter. Designed to sit atop the D1 mini or any shield, you can securely attach it using hot glue or double stick tape. The ring features holes for VCC, GND, and Data IN ports, with an additional hole ensuring symmetry and easy mounting. However, a Data OUT port is not included due to its awkward placement. This oversight was made, as it's unlikely users would chain devices after the ring; thus, its absence was deemed insignificant.
