NeoPixel Lamp for 256x256 Beds

Rings Lamp: I wanted to make this but the ring lamp would not fit on my bed size. I did a quick slice and dice to make this fit on 256x256 beds. Rings Lamp Base: I combined the project container and stand. I fixed the container so the lid is a much stronger and tighter fit. There is also an alternate base design as well.
