Neon LED Clip

Neon LED Clip

I wanted to mount these neon led lights to a MDF board but hot glue won't hold it up. So I figured I could design and print some of these. They work pretty ok! My LED has a width of 5mm and a height of 10mm before an additional 2mm of that translucent part that creates the neon effect. If your LED has the same dimensions as mine, this will work for you. I also printed these with the ziptie hole facing up so I don't have to use support. The straight piece has a 1.5mm by 2.5mm hole, which is the same as my ziptie so that fit perfect. The angle piece has a 2mm by 3mm hole because I was worried the ziptie might not fit but turns out the smaller hole works just fine. I also accidentally printed some with the hole lying horizontally and I was able to remove the support. Straight piece don't need support. Angle piece will need support.
