A small pottery piece from the ancient monument at Torais. This is an impressive structure erected between the end of the fourth millennium and the beginning of the third millennium BC, attributed to the so-called "eborense megalithism" by some scholars. The dólmen boasts a polygonal 6-stone chamber with a roofing slab still in place. Despite no corridor remains, fragments of the mamoa are visible. In the 20th century, the structure was reinforced with modern masonry. Locals claim that until the 1960s, a shoemaker worked within the dólmen, honing his craft there.
