Neolithic ceramic vessel discovered in Anta Grande do Zambujeiro, Portugal. Located 10 km west of Évora in the Alentejo region. This massive burial chamber, known as a dolmen, is considered the largest in the Iberian Peninsula and one of Europe's biggest. Dating back to the Neolithic period between 4000 and 3500 BCE. Declared a national monument by the Portuguese government on November 22, 1971. A comprehensive scan of the site can be found in this Sketchfab collection. Excavations at the Anta Grande do Zambujeiro were conducted in the 1960s by Henrique Leonor Pina. The artifacts are now housed and managed by the Direção Regional de Cultura do Alentejo at the Museu de Évora. Captured using a Canon 5D Mk IV, with 498 high-quality photos aligned, modeled, cleaned, textured, and meshed in Reality Capture software.
