This is a pack of 3d models featuring the conceptual architectural design of "NEOarch WHITE HOUSE." The project was created using architectural software by an architect, adhering to industry standards, and later modified in 3dsMAX 2017. It's ready for use in architectural renderings, general CG visualizations, or any other purpose you have in mind. Only the exterior design is included. No materials, maps, or UVW mapping are available for this model pack; it comes with standard parameters from 3ds max. The model files are available in five basic formats: 3DS, OBJ, DWG, FBX, and MAX. The MAX file was exported from 3ds max 2017, while the MAX file (2014) is compatible with earlier versions of the software. MAIN ARCHIVE You will receive the architectural model of "NEOarch WHITE HOUSE" in all five basic formats. Additionally, you'll get some visualizations in JPG format, as shown in the preview image, and a PDF file containing plans and elevations. The basic model is designed at real-world scale. Note that when importing the model into certain CG software, you may need to adjust the scale settings or turn off auto-smoothing for it to match real-world scales.
