This is a pack of medium-poly 3D models and high-detail architectural designs for classic cottages. The project was created using an architect's software, following industry standards, and then modified in 3dsMAX 2017 to prepare it for architectural renderings or general computer-generated visualizations. Only the exterior design has been completed so far, but updates are planned. The files provided do not include materials, maps, or UVW mapping; they only feature standard parameters and default colors from 3ds max. The model's files are available in five basic formats: 3DS, OBJ, DWG, FBX, and MAX, with a separate file for the 2014 version exported from 3ds max 2017. MAIN ARCHIVE You will receive the architectural model of "NEOarch Cottage SB 001" in all five formats. Additionally, you'll find some visualizations in JPG format, as shown in the preview image.
