This is a pack of medium-poly 3D models, featuring an architectural model of a modern cottage. The project was created by an architect using architectural software, adhering to industry standards. It has been modified in 3ds MAX 2017, preparing it for various renderings and visualizations. No materials or maps are available for this model pack; instead, standard parameters and default colors from 3ds max have been used. The model's files come in five basic formats: 3DS, OBJ, DWG, FBX, and MAX. The MAX file is specifically from 2014, exported directly from 3ds max 2017. MAIN ARCHIVE You will receive the architectural model of "NEOarch Cottage Modern 001" in all five formats. Additionally, some visualizations are included as example images, similar to those shown in the preview image.
