NEO1 Biqu H2 CR-10 V2 / V3 Mount
thingiverse
Hello everyone! I looked around for a mount to test the Biqu H2 tool end on my CR-10 V2, but decided to create my own. I designed this based on the Biqu H2 dimensional step file available on Grabcad and verified the measurements once the actual tool end arrived in the mail. This includes the tool end mount, blower assembly, cooler channel, and sleeve for an authentic BL Touch ABL. I have printed all the parts (in eSun ABS+, Overture PETG, and Matte PLA) and they all fit like a glove. If you intend to print ABS in an enclosure, PETG will NOT Work out too well due to the part cooling channel's proximity to the heater block. The cooling channels will warp. That being the case, print the cooling channels in ABS/PC if possible. I have performed over 100 hours of ABS printing in an enclosure with cooling channels made of ABS with great success. I have also updated the 4020 cooling channels to v1.3 by adding more space between the heater block and the channel assembly. Hopefully this will be a long term solution to the warpage (when printed in PETG). ******I've printed all my Voron 2.4 parts with the 5015 Blower fan setup with great success (Biqu H2 part cooling components were printed in eSun ABS+ to handle the enclosure temperatures.
