Neo-Geo MVSX Mini Coin Door Filler

These are filler plates to replace the mini coin door on the front of the Unico Neo-Geo MVSX home arcade. I recommend printing on a textured printing plate to better match the appearance of the control panel vinyl sticker. Along with a blank plate, I have added several variations with Neo Geo designs to choose from if preferred. There is a version with a 29mm hole which is intended for adding additional ports like USB. This will require drilling a hole through the wood behind the plate. A long screwdriver or jointed tip may be preferred for easily reaching the coin door screws without further disassembly. There are six screws (three on each side) that hold the control panel in place. See photo. You can remove the red screw caps with a finger nail to access the necessary screws. Once removed, you can gently lift the control panel up and forward. Do not pull too far, there is a small ribbon cable that you will need to unplug. After disconnecting the ribbon cable, you may pull the control panel out and flip it over. There are two phillips screws holding the mini coin door in place. Please reuse these screws to attach your filler plate. Reassemble in reverse order. Enjoy your clean, less ridiculous control panel!
