Nicknamed the L-plate due to its resemblance to the license plate required on cars during New Zealand's driver training period, this bashguard variant enables you to remove the camera cage's horizontal standoff and replace it with a more compact option. The upper edge has been reinforced for added stability and features a notch that allows for a reduced camera angle of approximately 15° when paired with a 2.1mm lens. Please note that this part will not offer the same level of strength as the aluminum standoff, making it suitable only for lower-speed flight operations. If you are an experienced flyer or operating in open areas, we recommend downloading the standard bashguard designed to fit around the horizontal standoff for optimal protection and performance.
