Gesso Life-size Study of a Female Nude Seated on a Wooden Stool, possibly Very Early Study for 'Hope': proper right leg crossing over left leg and left arm crossing over the right arm which rests on the knees, head leaning forward and facing down. The coarse plaster has fibrous inclusions, some of which can be seen in the top of the sculpture's head. Modelled over metal armature.
