This is a plastic cover that fits on the back of a NEMA34 stepper motor to protect the wires and provide a place to mount a connector. These screws fit into the back of the threaded holes for the main motor assembly screws. You may need to shorten the long screws in the motor slightly to uncover enough threads to mount the cap.
