I know that Nema23 stepper is an overkill for MPCNC. Actually, I have some on my shelf, so I came up with this simple hack. The design process was done with OpenSCAD, but the source looks so ugly that I've attached only the STL result. You'll need to replace the four original M3 screws and four nuts with M5 ones. Print Settings Printer: CTC Bizer Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 45% Notes: Good-quality PLA with 40% infill could be strong enough.
