I designed this custom motor mount specifically for my Gearbox Nema 23 Geared Stepper Motor. I strategically placed the mount holes to allow for slotted adjustments, giving users the flexibility to fine-tune belt tension as needed. For optimal printing results, I highly recommend using Dupont Zytel Nylon Filament. However, be aware that you'll need supports, and it's best not to use Zytel for these due to its extreme difficulty in removal. Ionic Hi-Temp Hybrid Support Material is the perfect solution - while it may come with a higher price tag, you only need it for support material, making it a worthwhile investment. The Zytel filament is remarkably strong due to its fibrous structure, but it does leave behind strings that require cleaning after printing. I personally use a knife to remove these excess fibers.
