Very similar to previous design but after numerous iterations and tweaks the current version is significantly improved now. I've been able to successfully extrude Ninjaflex through a Bowden tube that's as short as possible. Recently, I made the switch to 4mm compression fittings for attaching the Bowden tube, which greatly simplifies dealing with jams or stuck filament and appears to be more reliable than quick-connect fittings that often fail over time. Various motor attachments are available, including custom designs tailored to each of my printers: SpiderBot, RoStockMAXX, and RoStockFAZZ, all featuring NPT or M8 fittings for optimal compatibility.
