This Nema23 bowden extruder cold end features a symmetrical design for motor mounting flexibility on either side. It uses a 4mm OD tubing with 1/8" BSPP threaded holes for bowden tubing connection. The driving pulley should have an outer diameter of 12mm. The bearing is a 6x19x6mm DIN 625, and I cut a M& thread directly in the idler block. A DIN 7991 M6x16mm gift screw is used, along with a M3 threaded rod for the spring holder. For motor mounting, DIN 933 hex screws are utilized, ensuring a secure fit and head attraction from the motor side.
