NEMA23_back_cover_resized
thingiverse
UPDATE I added a second design with the screw sunken, making the back cover an additional 2mm shorter and smoother. This print requires more support and takes up more time. Thanks for the original design. I appreciated it and printed it out. However, it didn't fit my NEMA23 motors (as shown in picture 6). The outer diameter and wire cover were collectively too small, making it necessary to safeguard the wiring from my secondary axis. I created a new model with your requirements in mind. I resized it to accommodate my motor and made it lower to enable standard 25mm screw usage. Unfortunately, the connector nut now has a (too) tight fit. To assemble this design, you must shorten the bolts of the motor by 1.5mm. This will provide enough clearance within the threaded holes for mounting the cover.
