Nema17 peristaltic pump
thingiverse
This is a peristaltic pump doser using nema17 motors. Two versions included ,one using plastic rollers and 3ID x 8OD x 4W bearings(693zz - 12 bearings per pump), other one using MR105ZZ bearings (18 per pump ) Each pump needs, depending on the version, the following: * 6 x M3 20mm with M3 hex nuts for the pulley. * 4 x M3 10mm to secure the motor to the motor plate * 2 x M3 10mm screws and 2 M3 brass inserts to secure the motor plate to the case * 1 x M3 5mm grub with one M3 square nut to secure the pulley to the motor shaft. * 1 x M3 25mm screw and nut to secure the Tube cylinder to the motor plate * 2 x M3 25mm screws and nuts to secure the tube holder to the motor plate * 1 x M3 30mm screw and nyloc nut to secure the tube cylinder to tube holder. * 1 x spring and 2 shims (optional) * 3 x 5mm tube. To run the pump I personally use an old 3d printer board and a raspberry pi to schedule them. The version tested and confirmed working is the plastic rollers version. The other is yet to be tested. Each motor needs a doser pulley, pulley cover ,motor plate ,tube cylinder , tube holder base and tube holder clamp and pin. Rollers to be printed if not using MR105ZZ bearings. This is still a work in progress and should be treated as such.
