NEMA17 Motor Vibration Dampeners

I sought to refine my gMax printer by reducing noise levels and vibrations while improving overall print quality, so I engineered a thin NEMA17 motor seal which has yielded truly impressive results! My wife too was thrilled with the marked decrease in printer noise, and I've personally witnessed an upgrade in print resolution. Perhaps others can also benefit from this modification. To replicate this outcome: I printed my prototype using an E3D Volcano hot-end fitted with a 0.6mm nozzle. My print settings consisted of approximately 15mm/s and a temperature around 218C.
