I designed a custom mount for my NEMA17 stepper motor that seamlessly integrates into a board, where the shaft securely inserts into a hole drilled directly into the board. This solution was engineered using Fusion 360 software and printed with robust support structures in place. To ensure a secure fit, ream out the holes to accommodate M3 screws and any other attachment hardware you plan to use for mounting the motor to the board.
