Nema17 motor and pully mount for 3060 profile slider
thingiverse
I designed a custom set of motor support and pulley support to power a linear slider built on a robust 3060-profile base. The system utilizes a Nema 17 stepper motor, which may be slightly underpowered for the task at hand; however, I aim to upgrade this setup to a dual-motor configuration, with one motor positioned on either side of the slider. Currently, the maximum load capacity is around 5-8 kg, and as such, the speed is somewhat limited. The motor/pulley assembly seamlessly fits into the profile slots, while the clamp component remains identical for both units. To complete this project, I require four M4 screws, each measuring 50mm in length.
