I'm Still Searching for the Perfect Solution to Mount My 50mm Fan on My MK8. Nothing seems to fit my requirements, so I've had to get creative. This custom clip fits snugly over an NEMA17 motor and comes with a plate to secure a 50mm fan in place. Future upgrades are already in the works - making this clip modular so it can be easily attached to other devices like pens or height sensors. One minor issue: my print quality is a bit subpar, so I'll need to reprint with improved cooling settings. Here are My Current Print Settings: Printer: CTC i3 Rafts: No rafts needed Supports: Irrelevant for this project Resolution: 0.2mm precision printing Infill: A sturdy 25% infill density
