I created this for my Printrbot Small, allowing me to secure wires to the Y motor's back using zip ties and minimize strain on both motor and endstop wires while keeping things organized. However, it appears that others might also find this useful given the widespread use of NEMA17 motors in hobby 3D printers. You'll need longer screws, which will depend on your specific motor length; I replaced the two top 32mm screws on my motor with some 40mm ones that were readily available.
