You can pair it with nearly any direct drive extruder to add a significant 16x reduction to it. Technically, you could even combine two of them and achieve an impressive 256x reduction. One M5 bolt is required for the gear, and two 625 bearings are also necessary. This project is based on WormStruder by takigama.
