This assembly provides a cooler configuration for standard NEMA 17 stepper motors, accommodating a 40mm fan seamlessly. Designed to be printed without any additional support, a brim may still be necessary. After printing, the two vertical supports for the fan pins can be easily snipped off. The mount is designed to friction fit fans, eliminating the need for screws. This functionality works by compressing the fan between the two pins and the bottom flap. The mount is secured to the motor via a zap strap run through the two holes on the bottom, although skipping this step may be feasible if the motor is stationary.
