In my initial effort to transform my router into a CNC device, I retained the handles. The x and y axes share the same frame which can be secured with M3 screws. Distinct prepared holes are utilized for the x and y axes. Additionally, I installed a z-axis mount. Also, I upgraded the controller firmware (as there was an issue with G1 positioning). However, after updating to version 01b, although it claims to be faster, I couldn't perceive any difference. Unfortunately, I discovered that 01b is still buggy and should not be used. This modification took place on April 19, 2015.
