I built this cup to cool a NEMA 24 motor during extended periods of X-axis usage on my CNC machine. After assembly, I attached four heat sinks and gel pads surrounding the motor. Within half an hour of operation, the temperature dropped significantly from 70 to 40 degrees Celsius.
