I aimed to design a straightforward fan shroud for the Nema 23 motors on my Taig milling machine. This creation doesn't demand any support and utilizes merely 45 grams of filament. It does necessitate four screws. I opted for 1/2 inch long #4 screws (approximately 2.5mm diameter, 10mm in length). The fans are regular 40mm case fans.
