This stepper extruder features a Nema 23 frame, constructed from robust 6mm acrylic. To proceed, open the provided DXF file in your preferred CAM software (e.g., Cambam). The layer names indicate the engraving and pocketing depths. Utilize a 3mm or 3.2mm endmill to profile and pocket the holes as described. Depending on hobbed pusher size, adjust the line for the filament hole. After machining, you'll have two halves that easily bolt together, functioning well as a filament feeder too.
