Hello, I came across a need for a replacement motor/lead screw coupling on my DIY CNC machine so I created this solution myself. Believing others might find value in it as well, the design is being shared with the community. My CNC machine runs Nema23 motors which turn 1/2-10 acme lead screws. To form the clamp six sets of 4-32 x 1-1/4 inch cap head screws are required. To ensure proper stability print this coupling at 50% infill or higher. It is hoped that others will find use for this in fixing or building their own projects as well!
