NEMA 23 Motor Cooling Fan Housing

###DESIGNED FOR A 75MM TALL MOTOR! This NEMA 23 Motor fan housing is designed to keep motors cool. It slips over the motor and uses two zip-ties to hold it in place. The design was created using F360 software with a specific motor height of 75MM, paired with a 70MM fan. The fan's thickness does not impact the design since screws are used for attachment. I aimed to create a low-profile and clean design that minimizes visual clutter. To achieve high heat resistance, I printed mine on an HP MJF printer using PA12 nylon. As a result, two STL files are included: one with M4 threaded holes and another with 3.5MM holes that can be used for threading or as anchors for sheet metal screws to secure the fan in place. This design can also be successfully printed on a FDM printer. Ensure that supports are enabled and overhangs are adequately covered during printing.
