Many thanks to Neon22!! The unique design and positioning of the struts ensure a very rigid structure. A tiny bit of grinding on the D-shaft is necessary for a precise fit with the stepper motor. A personalized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:987604 was created. This customized model can be tailored using Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=987604. Instructions This print job used PLA with a 0.4 nozzle, and features 3 outer shells and 50% infill for increased stability. A layer thickness of 0.25 was employed.
