Initially, similar designs were shared on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1440, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4264, and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4379), but a 2D version for laser cutting or paper cutting was hard to find. Thus, I present the design below! I encountered challenges while cutting cork sheets on my laser cutter; however, 2mm EVA foam (craft foam) worked perfectly. My settings for the 35W mini-18 were: Speed - 90%, Power - 100%, and Frequency - 500 Hz. Additionally, you can install the Z-axis gasket without removing the pulley by cutting a slit in it. If you lack access to a laser cutter or prefer alternative methods, consider printing this design and using scissors/hobby knife or order from my store (http://builttospecstore.storenvy.com/).
