Nema 17 Servo Mount for Auto Bed Leveling
thingiverse
I am developing a Nema 17 servo mount designed specifically for auto bed leveling. Currently, I'm working on versions two and three of this design. Version 2 is slightly thicker than the original, while version 3 not only maintains its thickness but also incorporates an offset mounting system for the servo that enables the end stop arm to be positioned closer to the hot end. Additionally, it includes a few extra angle pieces, which enhance the stability and prevent wobbling of the servo mount. Once I'm confident in the design's effectiveness on my machine, I will upload both versions for public use. **Print Settings** * **Printer:** QU-BD TwoUp * **Rafts:** No rafts are used. * **Supports:** None are required. * **Resolution:** A print resolution of 0.2mm is employed. * **Infill:** The infill percentage is set at 10%. **Notes:** When printing, use just two perimeters and three solid layers for the top and bottom parts. It's possible that some fine-tuning may be necessary to ensure a proper fit of the locking piece. The servo used in this design is the Turnigy TG9e. For ease of modification, I have also included an earlier version without the locking pieces, as well as a .123dx file for any needed adjustments.
