Here are some NEMA 17 stepper damper molds made from silicone. If you prefer not to use silicone, simply print the damper models using a flexible material. I used Troll Factory's two-part silicone, available at https://www.trollfactory.de/Anwendungen/Modellbau/Tabletop-Spiele/TFC-Troll-Factory-Silikon-Kautschuk-Typ-2-Abformsilikon-mittelhart-1zu1-RTV-NV-500g.html. For added security, I recommend applying threadlocker glue to the screws.
