Nema 17 Angled Motor Spacers
thingiverse
When using stepper motor dampeners, the motor shaft and pulley get pulled out of alignment as you tighten the belt on that axis. These spacers are engineered to be thicker on one side and offset the angle so that the motor returns to proper alignment. They can be positioned between the motor and the damper or between the damper and the frame. In some cases, like the X-axis on the Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro, the screw lengths require the spacer to go in between the motor and damper (otherwise, the stock screws would be too short). My dampers are pretty flexible, so the 3mm spacers work best for me.
