A versatile NEMA 17 shaft 5mm to M8 (8mm diameter) threaded rod adapter. It's manufactured in two components, making it straightforward to insert and secure the M8 (13mm outer diameter) nut with four M4 (4mm diameter) bolts and nuts. I incorporated a hole for an M2 bolt (accompanied by 2 nuts) to stabilize the motor shaft, but this addition proved unnecessary. Everything fits together seamlessly, ensuring sufficient pressure is applied to the motor shaft without any issues. The threaded rod will hold securely if screwed in correctly, but you can also add an additional nut to lock the one within the adapter if desired.
