Neje Laser Test Board Enclosure

Neje Laser Test Board Enclosure

I made this compact enclosure to mount my Neje laser tester board on my cnc machine. Neje recommends operating their 40W laser at <60C. So I made this compact enclosure to use the Neje laser tester board to monitor my the laser module temperature while cutting with my MPCNC. I only the *C, GND, and 12V wires since it's used with a CNC (the PWM buttons are not needed). So this enclosure omits the PWM buttons. The 12V barrel connector must be desoldered or otherwise broken off the board to fit in this enclosure. Print one top, one bottom, and two buttons. Supports on the top are nice if you're picky about counterbores, but no supports is OK. Any normal filament should work fine; PLA, PETG, etc... I used ABS myself. The PCB is sandwiched between the top and bottom. The top is secured with 4@ M3-10 bolts (or slightly longer). There is also a pair of 4mm diameter countersunk holes on the bottom you can use to mount the enclosure to a surface or whatever. I'm using zipties to hold it on a wire harness near my mpcnc control panel.
